Door Kickers 2: Task Force North

Niche Gamer is back with another batch of recent Early Access release highlights. As always, even if you don’t like buying titles that are still in Early Access, remember to wishlist any games that catch your attention so you’ll be notified when they get a full release.

Care for the needs of your dwarven colonists, and defend your colony from the malevolent forces that live inside the mountain.

The game features two teams: one being police enforcers with cutting-edge gear and weapons, and the other being rag-tag bands of outlaws trying to defend their position. Due Process places a heavy emphasis on teamwork and tactics, with pre-round planning modes that give the attackers time to study the layout of their target, while the outlaws set up defensive positions.

Due Process will leave Early Access within eight months.

Finally, we come to Solasta: Crown of the Magister, a turn-based RPG based on the SRD 5.1 Ruleset. Explore the countless ancient ruins that populate the world of Solasta with a band of intrepid adventurers.

The highlights of Solasta‘s combat system are its dynamic environments and verticality as your party climbs deeper into dark caverns and forgotten ruins. Bridges can be collapsed, crumbling columns can be pushed over on enemies, and torches allow your party to fend off monsters that are sensitive to light.

Solasta: Crown of the Magister hopes to get a full release within six months.
