It’s Wednesday again, so its time to cover some more promising new Early Access titles. Even if Early Access games aren’t your thing, be sure to wishlist them and keep an eye out for their final release.
Here’s this week’s batch of 5 Early Access games that might be worth checking out:
Between the Stars

First up this week is Between the Stars, a space combat game with RPG elements that was successfully Kickstarted some time back.
You play as the captain of a star cruiser tasked with defending the civilized galaxy from the Children of the Sun, a mysterious faction that has been conquering territories on the edge of the universe. Hire a crew, upgrade your ship, and improve your characters as you explore an open, procedurally generated galaxy. You can play the game with permadeath on for extra challenge.
Between the Stars will likely remain in Early Access for over a year.
Conglomerate 451

Conglomerate 451 is a party-based first-person cyberpunk dungeon crawling RPG with roguelite elements. You are the CEO of a morally shady megacorporation that has been hired by the government of Conglomerate City to clean up Sector 451, a lawless region full of violent gangs and rogue corporations.
Build an army of cloned super soldiers and send them out on missions. Upgrade your personal army with high-tech weaponry and advanced cybernetics to deal with the growing threats they’ll encounter in Sector 451.
Conglomerate 451 will be in Early Access for around six months.
Geeksos
Developer: Steppe Hare Studio
Platforms: Windows PC
Price: $3.99
Speaking of cyberpunk dystopias, Geeksos is a top-down shooter where you play as an augmented vigilante in a futuristic metropolis ruled by a corrupt video game publisher. Take on missions from different factions, install augmentations, and customize your guns with a variety of modular attachments and upgrades. Accomplish your missions using stealth, brute force, or a mixture of the two.
Geeksos is targeting a September release for its final version.
Railroad Corporation

Railroad Corporation is a new transportation management sim set in the Golden Age of Steam. Build a vast railroad network to connect the most remote towns of 19th century America.
Research new technologies, expand your tycoon, and crush your competitors. Railroad Corporation also features a competitive multilplayer mode where players race to earn $500,000 in profits before their rivals, but the mode is still in fairly early development.
Railroad Corporation is targeting a final release in around six months.
Dreadborne Drifters
Developer: Tryzna
Platforms: Windows PC
Price: $4.99 (Price will increase)
Finally, we come to Dreadborne Drifters, a 2D action-RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world. You are a fresh recruit steadily rising through the ranks of the Inquisition by purging the land of mutants and other creatures that stand in the way of humanity’s survival.
The game features three playable classes and hundreds of weapons, all of which can be upgraded with a variety of attachments.
Dreadborne Drifters will be leaving Early Access in around five months.
