Sega has announced the winners from their recently hosted Minato Girls audition for their next mainline Like A Dragon game.

In the contest, Youtuber Misushiru, JAV star Ai Hongo, cosplayer Enako, idol and retired JAV star Kaho Shibuya, and race queen Seiko Kirishima have been selected by Sega to voice new characters for the next Like a Dragon installment.

Previous installments saw diverse personalities, including Japanese porn stars for the first time, voice characters for the series – something that was rarely given to actresses from the Japanese porn (JAV or AV) industry. Even VTubers like Kson got to the act and voiced and modeled a character in Yakuza Infinite Wealth.

Previously, Sega selected 10 finalists for the Minato Ward girls. The other finalists who weren’t selected were cosplayer Miwa Asagiri, actress and talent Minako, MC and talent Totsuka Otoha, and Hisa and Rio Takamori, both OL (office ladies).

The successful fans appeared on Like A Dragon‘s Ryusta TV in July 16.

Not much is known about the next mainline Like a Dragon game, though know it won’t be another prequel like Yakuza Kiwami 2, though the team wants to do Kiwami 3 “at some point.” If the new release is a direct sequel it will be the tenth mainline entry in the series.
