Nexon and Arc System Works Announce DNF Duel

Dungeon&Fighter DNF Duel

Nexon, Arc System Works, and Neople have announced fighting game Dungeon&Fighter Duel; abbreviated to DNF Duel.

As stated in the press release, the game is based on the Dungeon&Fighter series, and is co-developed by Neople (a Nexon Subsidiary) and Arc System Works. The series is best known for Dungeon Fighter Online, an RPG beat ’em up that as of May 2020 made over $15 billion USD, with over 700 million players [1, 2].

As the original game has 16 characters that can further advance into over 60 classes, and the game’s genre, there will surely be no shortage of possible characters for the fighting game. The trailer seems to show the male Berserker, female and male Fighters, female Priest, and male Gunner.

The game was revealed during a recent livestream presentation on Twitch. Others have since re-uploaded the announcement trailer to YouTube. The game’s release date and platforms will be announced at a later date.

You can find the announcement trailer (via a third party upload) below.
