Since Dragon’s Dogma was ported to PC, my biggest reason for wanting this feature has evaporated. When the newest port of EDF 2025 (4.1) comes to PC I’ll have almost no reason.

Meh, still waiting for Bayonetta. It’s laughable they added CS:GO, I’d imagine that game to be a ghost town on consoles.

Lmao, that would be too hilarious, I would be laughing like a little school girl. It wouldn’t surprise me if they added Team Fortress 2, they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel somehow.

Why THESE in particular though? Their selection process is so arbitrary. I never heard of some of these games and couldn’t pick them out of a pile of screenshots.

Would rather see a Ninja Gaiden Trilogy release ay 1080p60 (and beyond) released for PC and consoles.

Would of course likely contain the Sigma version of the second game, but a nice mod project could undo the unwanted changes there whilst keeping the new content around.

Time for people to complain for being able to play their 360 games for free on XB1. Maybe MS should start charging $15 for every game and put many up at once instead.

What I don’t understand is that the PS2 came out back in 2000 with backwards compatibility for just about every game as one of its selling points. This was 16 years ago and yet with modern tech they can’t do this? This dicking around by Microsoft is annoying as fuck.

The PS2 was nothing more than a cranked up PS1 in hardware terms, like GC > Wii > Wii U, they share the same CPU/GPU architecture.
For PS4 & XBone they went from a Power PC architecture to an x86/x64 one for CPU and GPU is also quite different, the only mean is emulation or recompilation (with patch) in Xbox’s case.

You mean it’s time for Microsoft to charge a monthly/yearly fee for “xboxnow” with 360 games and charge 10-15 bucks for original xbox games.
