The PC version of Digital Extremes’ Warframe has received a major update focused on the game’s new open world zone.

The Plains of Eidolon have been overhauled with improved textures, a better day/night cycle, dynamic lighting, and performance enhancements to make the region run better. The developers have also added new enemies, new wildlife, new weapons, and new Floofs to collect from the area. You can watch the trailer above, and read the full patch notes here.

The Plains of Eidolon overhaul is currently only available on the PC version. The update will be launching on consoles sometime in the near future.

Warframe is available on Windows PC (via Steam), PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
