Netflix has shared a new trailer for their upcoming live action series based on The Witcher, alongside its premiere date.

Featured above, the new main trailer shows off more of the new series – which is now set for a December 20th premiere.

While the series, based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s The Witcher novels, gained worldwide acclaim mostly thanks to CD Projekt RED’s video game adaptations, the live-action TV series by Netflix is focused on the books. The creative staff on the show have also made it clear their writing and casting has been focused on being more inclusive, rather than by the source novels.
