Blackmill Games and M2H have released a new update for their WWI shooter, Tannenberg.
The update mostly focuses on the introduction of the Latvian Rifleman Squad. Latvian troops play a support role in the game, and are armed mostly with imported Japanese rifles like the Type 30 and Type 38.
Other new weapons in the game include the Vetterli M1870/87, the iconic M1911, Nebelbombe smoke grenades, and the M1917 Chemical Grenade. The update also includes a new Baltic map full of marshes, swamps, and muddy dunes. You can read the full patch notes here, and check out a trailer above.
Tannenberg is available on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam for $19.99. It’s currently 50% off, and its sister game Verdun is 70% off. If you missed it, you can find our review here.
