The studio’s head also re-confirmed the game for PC. “We are very excited to bring Epsilon to the PC,” said Christian Allen, CEO and Creative Director at Serellan, ”Epsilon focuses on pre-planning, tactics, and gadgets over linear cinematic shoot-em up gameplay.”

Epsilon has been developed for under a year, but the style has evolved and changed since we first saw concept art for the shooter. “The art team worked together to build a visually vibrant experience for Epsilon,” said Deane McGahan, Serellan’s Lead Artist.

Serellan is bringing on talented artist Craig Gilmore (has worked on projects from Marvel, DC Comics, Ubisoft, The Walking Dead, Revolution, etc) to create a graphic novel to launch with the game, as well as the in-game cinematics. Composer Rich Douglas (Insurgency, Shadowgate) has also been enlisted to provide a unique and ethnically inspired soundtrack.

Finally, Serellan has announced a partnership with Razer and their line of gaming hardware, with some integration like the Chroma colors.

As we previously reported, if you backed Serellan’s previous shooter, Takedown: Red Sabre, you’ll get Epsilon at no extra cost. However, the price point Epsilon hasn’t been confirmed yet. “It will be based on the amount of content launched with the Early Access version, and then adjusted as we work with the community to add more features, content, and gameplay based on their feedback,” said Christian Allen.

It’s worth mentioning that as Serellan is a disabled veteran-owned company, they are working with several veteran groups to donate portions of the game’s proceeds to benefit veterans as well as active-duty military.
