The Lucca Comic and Games 2018  convention (LUCCA 2018) in Tuscany hosted a debut for a new Kingdom Hearts III trailer.

You can view the Japanese voice acting for the same trailer as above here. The trailer shows off the world of “Kindom of Crona” from Tangled, along with some new special attacks in the form of Miracle Staff and Mirage Staff. Both of which seem to be a Keyblade transformation attack that we have seen in past trailers.

It is likely both of these attacks are from the the same Tangled themed Keyblade we see in the trailer, as we have seen other Keyblades have access to two transformations as well. Such as the Twin Yo-yo and Assault Claws for the Monster Inc. themed Keyblade, or the High Wind and Storm Flag special attacks from the Pirates of the Caribbean themed Keyblade.

Kingdom Hearts III is launching for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One January 25th, 2019 in Japan and Asia, and on January 29th in North America and Europe.
