Adult Swim has shared a new interview with famed manga author Junji Ito, focusing on his upcoming Uzumaki anime adaptation.

Featured above, the new interview includes Ito himself, anime director Hiroshi Nagahama, Shogakukan editor Sayuri Kinjo, and script writer Aki Itami.

The Production I.G. made four-episode miniseries will be premiering on Toonami sometime next year, before it airs in Japan.

For those unfamiliar with the manga, it follows the residents of a small town where strange events begin to unravel, all circulating around a spiral shape. It was later re-released by Viz Media in compilation volumes, and got a live-action horror movie.
