It’s been tradition for Disgaea games to eventually get an upgraded port for playstation handhelds whether they be the PSP or the Vita and Disgaea 4 is no exception.  As was revealed recently, this upgraded port will feature various upgrades from Disgaea D2 as well as the Vita version of Disgaea 3.  Some of the new features include.

• Peta tier spells
• Cheat Shop
• Change weapons appearance
• Bribe the Dark Senate
• Event viewer
• Innocent Storage System
• Two bonus characters via Disgaea 3 save (Rutile and Stella Grossular)
• All new character (Nagi Clockwork)
• New Time Loop scenario

The game will also come with all the extra Downloadable content that was available for the PS3 version of the game.  These portable versions of Disgaea are always the superior versions and this one seems to be no exception.  No western release date has been announced yet but I would be surprised if this one doesn’t find it’s way over to the west.  It’s set for a January 30th release date in Japan.
