Bandai Namco have released a bit more info about the anime-turned-video-game, Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr., as well as new screenshots.
In Rondo of Angels and Dragons, players assume the role of Naomi, a rookie para-mail pilot who is repaying a debt she owes.
According to Inside Games, Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr. is either a VN or a shooter, depending on the time of day in-game.
During the daytime, players play a visual novel, interacting with various characters from the series, and thereby increasing the bonds between Naomi and the other para-mail pilots; a strong enough bond between characters will unlock scenes and even summon additional help during battles.
At nighttime, players are treated to dragon fights, attempting to fell dragons in shooter-styled gameplay; players earn money for each dragon downed, which money can be used to customize and improve their para-mail.
You can see more screenshots for the game below. If you missed them, the game also has a TV spot and a teaser.
Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons tr. arrives on Playstation Vitas this Spring in Japan.
