It seems as though the mobile game trend for Konami is still continuing. After recently announcing the mobile Bomberman game, Konami have announced (via 4gamer), that they’ll be making a new Contra game for iOS and Android.

What’s interesting about this is that the game will be made specifically for the Chinese market in cooperation with Chinese internet service provider Tencent.

The only other thing we know about this title is that it will be Free to Play with in app purchases being made available.
