NIS America has shared the first in an ongoing series of videos for Birthdays the Beginning.
Featured above, the first in a series of three gameplay and interview videos showcases game creator Yasuhiro Wada.
In the video, Wada talks up the game’s central focus on the theme of “Create.” Wada also teased a potential sequel to the game, saying his initial concept for it was much larger – however he scaled back and dubbed it Birthdays the Beginning to indicate it’s the start of something much bigger.
Birthdays the Beginning is launching for PlayStation 4 on January 19th in Japan, and for both PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam on May 9th in North America and May 12th in Europe.
