Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer alongside new screenshots for Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom.

Featured above, the new behind-the-scenes trailer gives a look at the creative process behind the upcoming game, and how Level-5 once again marries anime-like quality to yet another promising looking game.

Here are some new artwork and screenshots, the latter of which shows off characters Leander and Bracken – as well as the game’s nation-building Kingdom Mode:

Here’s a brief synopsis on the game:

Welcome to the beautiful world of Ni no Kuni! After being overthrown in a coup, the young king Evan sets out on an extraordinary quest to found a new kingdom, unite his world and protect its inhabitants from the dark forces that threaten them.

Join him on an unforgettable adventure which blurs the line between animated feature film and video game. Developed by LEVEL-5, Ni no Kuni II features enchanting character designs from the legendary artist Yoshiyuki Momose and a stirring soundtrack composed by the world-famous Joe Hisaishi.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is set to launch across PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 4 on March 23rd of next year in North America and Europe. In case you missed it, you can find our thorough written and video preview for the game from this year’s E3 here.
