Former Neon Doctrine founders Vladislav Tsopljak and Iain Garner have announced a new company, Goldpact Goblins, focused on providing services to indie to mid-sized developers.
The new company is not a publisher but a “developer services” operation, focused on helping “small to midsized developers” with various challenges with a community first approach. The new company was founded by Tsopljiak and Garner after Neon Doctrine merged into Raw Fury in 2025.
They offer support for community management, marketing, social media outreach, production, business development, focus testing, QA, branding, and strategy.
“One of the reasons we decided on a tailored solution is because the current revenue share and recoup models don’t work for all teams,” Goldpact Goblins co-founder and CEO Vladislav Tsopljak said in a press release. “We’ve seen it happen many times, especially in Southeast Asia, China and South America where a developer finds success but isn’t the next big thing. However, due to industry-standard revenue splits, aggressive recoup models, and passive investors the devs see income months later and are a sadly small slice of the pie, often that is enough to shut down a promising studio. We want to provide a sustainable model that helps the local industry grow and thrive and allows developers to keep their gold in their pockets after launch.”
Since their establishment in January, they’ve already established partnerships with the following games:
- Deadly Rehearsal
- Grim Trials
- Just A Shadow Game
- Lost Castle 2
- Spook-A-Boo
- TCG Card Shop Simulator
