Good Smile announced that a Nendoroid figure of Anya from Mouthwashing is now available for pre-order!
Anya is one of the key characters in Mouthwashing, her story and trauma are a big focal point and she’s attracted a large amount of fans.
Like most Nendoroid figures, Anya will be posable and have swappable parts and props including:
Face plates:
· Anxious face
· Smiling face
· Bloodied faceOptional parts:
· Mouthwash
· Party hat
· Medical bay background inner paperboard
· Other optional parts for different poses.
Some of the replies to the product’s announcement have been negative, with critics claiming it makes light of the abuse the character Anya has faced. Other people recognize that she’s a fictional character.
Last year Wrong Organ, the developer of Mouthwashing, was compelled to speak up after fanartists faced abuse and threats with similar criticism.
Customers can pre-order the figure now for $40.99 USD and can expect it to arrive sometime between October and December of next year. You can pre-order here.
Earlier this year Good Smile stopped shipments to the US due to President Trump’s tariffs, however orders placed on Good Smile’s US site are unaffected.
