Natural Doctrine, the simulation/strategy RPG in development by Kadokawa Games for Playstation 3, Playstation 4, and Playstation Vita, is coming West this fall via NIS America, according to a report by IGN.
While the game is coming out this Thursday in Japan, it is set for both North America and Europe, although an exact date has not been confirmed. In case you’re worried that this is a cruel April Fool’s joke from IGN, Colin Moriarity commented on the piece reassuring us that it is not, and expressed his genuine interest in these kinds of titles.
The game puts players into a fictional world where a strange substance called “Pluton” is the main source of, well, everything. Adventurers are tasked with venturing into mysterious and dangerous caves and dungeons to recover the material, however there are animals and monsters that lie in wait.
Following their exploits, the monsters and animals follow them to the surface, endangering the city of Feste. We’ll keep you guys posted.
