    Nami Sano, known as the creator of Haven’t You Heard I’m Sakamoto? among others has passed away at the age of 36.

    The artist was reportedly battling with cancer and remained hopeful of recovery until the end.

    The artist’s passing was announced by magazine Harta where Sano’s works were regularly published.

    Sano’s latest work Migi and Dali (Migi to Dali) ended in 2021. An anime adaptation of the series will premiere this Fall.
