After years of believing N++ would be the final chapter in the series, Metanet Software is returning with N Plus Infinity Times Two, a brand-new entry in the long-running ninja platforming franchise.
Scheduled to launch in 2027 for PC via Steam, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, the game takes the precise movement and physics-based gameplay fans know and love and pushes it in a much more multiplayer-focused direction.
While solo play is still available, this time the spotlight is firmly on local and online matches for up to four players. At its core, N Plus Infinity Times Two is all about momentum. You’ll sprint, wall-jump, dodge traps, collect gold, and navigate handcrafted levels filled with hazards and enemies.
The controls remain as tight as ever, but the addition of competitive and cooperative modes creates entirely new ways to play. One of the interesting modes is Team Tag, a strategic two-versus-two battle that blends evasion, hunting, and objective control.
Meanwhile, Races turns every level into a chaotic sprint where players can sabotage each other with rockets after reaching the finish line. To keep you busy long after launch, Metanet is also including a level editor with online sharing support, giving the community the tools to create and distribute their own challenges.
