MSI have announced a new GeForce RTX 2080 TI GAMING X TRIO with 16Gbps of memory.
Even though the 2080 Ti came out over a year ago, vendors are still releasing updated variants. Most manufacturers are using the more widely available and faster 16Gbps memory, over the 14Gbps that was available at launch.
The newer memory is of course faster, and faster memory allows textures to be transferred faster between the rest of the system and the GPU, which in turn should help with higher frame rates.

The new MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING Z TRIO card is expected to be available starting 16th of April, 2020.
The card is available for just over $1,200 on Newegg.
Niche Gamer’s Take: The GAMING Z branding of MSI is one of their top models and with the higher end fans, thick and heavy looking heatsink as well as that premium looking brushed aluminum backplate its a pretty solid card and just what a gamer would probably foolishly spend his stimulus check on.
