PlaySide Publishing and developer Fumi Games have announced a physical release for MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.

Their classic cartoon-styled boomer shooter is getting a standard and deluxe physical release across PC, Xbox, Switch, and PlayStation. A release is set for July 10th.

Alongside news of the physical release is the update that previous generation versions for Xbox One, Switch, and PS4 will come sometime after the initial release this month.

The mouse boomer shooter is set to launch across Windows PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PS5 later this month.

The new physical edition comes with the following goodies:

  • The physical Standard Edition will be available globally for PlayStation 5 (disc) at USD $29.99, and Nintendo Switch 2 (game-on cartridge) at USD $39.99.

  • The physical Deluxe “Mouseburg Edition” will be available for PC (Steam code in a box), PlayStation 5 (disc) and Xbox Series X (disc) at USD $49.99, and Nintendo Switch 2 (game-on cartridge) at USD $59.99. Region restrictions do apply, so please check out the breakdown below.

The physical Deluxe MOUSE: P.I. For Hire – Mouseburg Edition comes with everything that a mouse detective needs, including:
  • The base game

  • A 7″ Vinyl Record with four tracks from the Official Game Soundtrack (OST), featuring original tunes from composer Patryk Scelina and a piece by electro swing icons, Caravan Palace

  • A double-sided poster (340mm x 340mm) featuring a map of Mouseburg on the front and a schematic of Jack Pepper’s trusty “Micer” pistol on the back

  • A printed Comic Book, including 2 sticker sheets

  • 33 Mouseburg Baseball Trading Cards, inspired by the in-game minigame

  • 3 premium Mouseburg Postcards
