Publisher Big Fan Games and developer Shiny Shoe announced a new update for Monster Train 2, bringing new content and challenges to the game.

The new “Echoes From the Void” update is coming to all supported platforms for the game on November 5th.

Echoes From the Void will dare strategists to devise fresh tactics for two all-new boss encounters, a slate of new Dimensional challenges, as well as more than 50 new mutators that alter Monster Train 2’s gameplay in inventive and exciting ways.

With new clanless artifacts and climatic fights also in store, as well as new Celestial Alcove events offering new powerful rewards, Echoes From the Void is the perfect excuse to return to one of the year’s all-around best games – or to start your Monster Train 2 journey for the first time.

Monster Train 2 has been available since May 2025 across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PS5.
