Monster Monpiece Launches for PC via Steam in Fall 2016

monster monpiece 08-02-16-1

Idea Factory International has confirmed the release window for Monster Monpiece on PC.

The Compile Heart-developed trading card-battling RPG will launch for PC via Steam sometime this fall. Fans can expect the game to run at 1080p and feature upscaled graphics, however it will not have multiplayer support.

The game will have all of its cards – meaning none are being removed for being too risque (Editor’s Note: Some were removed from the PS Vita version).

So they’ve reversed the censorship from the Vita version for the PC release? That’s great news! I guess Idea Factory was serious about no longer localizing things if any content needs to be cut!

Ah, the wonders of not being restricted by an idiotic age rating organisation – several of them even – or equally inane platform holders who outright forbid games with AO ratings.

They never said they censored it due to the ESRB. Get it out of your fucking heads.

Another really great card game on Steam is Eternal Destiny. After listening to feedback, the publisher launched the game completely unaltered. Although they left an option to play the censored version. http://steamcommunity.com/app/377880/discussions/0/368542844486831182/ Every publisher should follow this example!

The problem isn’t the ESRB, it’s the retail stores that are generally stricter than it.

PQube doesn’t care about them in the slightest which is why they didn’t mind releasing Gal Gun and Valkyrie Drive. Iffy probably still cares to some extent, though I hope they consider releasing games retail stores are unlikely to accept directly on Steam.

At least they have the good sense to ignore Australia banning Mei-Q and not censor it for everyone else. Though that also means that if they release that game on Steam, Australians can’t buy the PC version while they could at least import the Vita version.

This was a surprisingly good card game, barring the “rubbing” mechanic. I wouldn’t buy this game again but I recommend it just the same. In a way it kinda got me into card games – not sure how.

Wish the multiplayer was still in. I don’t blame them for not keeping it though.

    >Cuckstation Vitafags seriously believe they’re benefiting more from having an online mode (which is dead) over uncensored cards

Oh yeah Degica is great. They mostly do the RPG Maker stuff but they’re also really great with titles outside of that for the PC.

    Another victory against censorship.

    Sorry Vita owners.

It’s illegal to import the Vita version as well. Can be seized in customs and the buyer penalized.
Of course, that’s not going to stop us from doing so.

In regards to the PC version, we can just pirate it – an almost risk-free method of obtaining the game. I would rather support IFI, but it’s an option.

Degica has some really awesome people who seem to actually know and care what their fans ask for.

and they also do cool random stuff like add VR support to Umihara Kawase… they’re like my favorite publish on Steam right now

not that i dont appreciate the lack of censorship but a CCG without online is kind of lame

if be nice if this version had both

Sucks that there’s no online, but the fact that IFI is gonna release the game on PC uncensored pretty much shits on NISA’s claim on them not being able to release the CG games uncensored on PC.

Naa this game won’t get an AO rating. It’s content is not lewd enough.

Actually the ESRB is not as bad as people think. Just see Gal * gun, Valkyrie Drive or Gahkthun of the Golden Lightning, all of them with M rating, without censorship.

I kinda wish they implemented the filter to get a real full screen mode at 1080p though. Beside that they did good I think.

Gifting feature is all you need unless Steam blocks you from playing the game itself from Australia. I’m sure you’re bound to have Steam friends from USA or Europe.

well i guess, but you could still play with friends

its kinda like Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed, sure the online isnt that lively nowadays, but i get to play with my best bud online every now and then when he cannot come over to play locally

Awesome, I thought IFI just forgott this title for PC since I haven’t had any news from the company. I’m glad they finally publish it in their fully uncensored glory!

Gotta buy it first day just to support the uncensored version and to piss off the SJW, cucks, PC bros, and feminazis.

Just a reminder It now winter, and Not fall and still monpiece is still isnt out.

There rumours it being canceled. If that is true. Then IFI has lost all credibility. Because they blatantly Lied.

It not the 1st time that IFI lied, they censored the neptune and blanc Vs zombies.

A simple question Is the game still coming and uncensored?

    There no excuses this Time.
