Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Second Update Adds Stygian Zinogre, Launches December 5

Capcom has announced the next content update for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne.

The second big content update for the new expansion will add Stygian Zinogre as a hunt-able monster, and it will launch on December 5th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The Stygian Zinogre has a symbiotic kind of relationship with Dracophage Bugs, which it can launch like bullets. The monster becomes even more dangerous when covered in light.

Lastly, the update adds new weapons and armor sets, a new region in the Guiding Lands (Tundra Region), the start of the first Astera Fest after the launch of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, and with the PS4 version of the game, the second and third Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds collab quests.

Monster Hunter World is currently available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. In case you missed it, you can find our review for the game here and the Iceborne expansion here. The Iceborne expansion is launching for PC in January 2020.
