Capcom have released a trailer for the fourth major update for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, along with its release date.
The fourth major update will bring the Molten Tigrex monstie, and the co-op quest exclusive Monster Kulve Taroth (High Difficulty). This also comes with several new quests, and will be available September 30th. The second half on October 7th will see the introduction of the Dreadking Rathalos monstie, and more quests and co-op quests.

The free updates had previously introduced the Palamute monstie from Monster Hunter Rise; along with Hellblade Galvenus, Boltreaver Astalos, Soulseer Mizutsune, Elderfrost Gammoth, and Oroshi Kirin. The next major updates will be in October; bringing a new high difficulty co-op quest, and monsties Silver Rathalos and Gold Rathian.
