Monster Hunter Rise Won’t Get Crossplay Between PC and Switch

Monster Hunter Rise Won't Get Crossplay

After Capcom finally confirmed a release date for the PC port of the game, the company has confirmed that Monster Hunter Rise won’t get crossplay between PC and Switch.

Alongside confirming Monster Hunter Rise won’t get crossplay, the company also confirmed the game won’t get cross-save support either.

“We’ve heard your requests for cross-save and cross-play for Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, but unfortunately, after looking into it throughout the development process, we found we are unable to implement it this time. As always, we appreciate your continued feedback and support,” the company said in a tweet.

The PC port of Monster Hunter Rise is coming just before the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion, which is set for a release sometime in summer 2022.
