    Capcom has announced the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion sold over 5 million copies.

    An in-game bonus item pack is being prepared to celebrate. The official Monster Hunter social media also shared commemorative artwork to celebrate the new milestone:


    The last milestone for the expansion was four million copies sold as of August 2022.

    Monster Hunter Rise is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5 on January 20th, 2023. The game will also be on Xbox Game Pass at launch for PC, Console, and Cloud. The Sunbreak expansion is coming a bit later, in spring 2023.
