Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is Confirmed for a February 13th Release in the West

Capcom has confirmed the western release date for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.

The hotly anticipated hunting game is arriving in both North America and Europe on February 13th, news that Capcom made during this morning’s Nintendo Direct live stream. Featured above, you can also view a new trailer for the game.

The game is also coming with a special “Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate New Nintendo 3DS XL Bundle,” which comes with a specially designed 3DS, and the game itself preinstalled, for $229.99.

With the New 3DS, you’ll be able to enjoy better visuals, customizable ZL and ZR buttons, and of course – that C-stick functionality.

A playable demo for the game will be coming soon as well, and it comes with both single and multiplayer options.

    Haven’t been able to find pictures of the what the inside of the system looks like. Is it black?

    Damn nice! Gonna get it for sure. I take it we can still use the old 3DS’s circle pad to play it, right?

    And they’re all sold out, along with the Majora 3DS, and like the Majora statue, in minutes.nnThankfully we can all get horribly gouged by scalpers who bought them in bulk the second they released, good job meeting that demand Nintendo.

    Definitely gonna wait for the console port this time. I haven’t touched the 3DS version of 3U once since I got the Wii U one.
