Well that didn’t take long – Capcom announced a new Monster Hunter for the 3DS, Monster Hunter 4G, and they’ve already confirmed it for a Western release.

Monster Hunter 4G is coming to the West under the moniker Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and it will allow hunters to transfer their save data over from the original Monster Hunter 4 release. The game is getting a release this Fall in Japan, while hunters in the West have to wait until early next year.

4G/Ultimate is being teased as the “biggest leap forward ever for the series” by the producer Ryozo Tsujimoto.
