This week’s issue of Famitsu (via Hachima Kikou) has confirmed the release date for Mobius Final Fantasy.
The game will launch on both iOS and Android in Japan next Tuesday, on June 4th. You’ll need an iPhone 5 or newer to play it on iOS, while Android users owning phones from 2012 or newer can play it.
Square Enix has made a note in saying you can toggle the quality of the graphics in game, and even switch up the UI for left-handed players, and finally change the power-save settings. The mobile RPG will have its story released in chapters, and they’ll see publishing at specific times. There will also be time-restricted events and jobs that will be released.

May 26, 2015 at 2:01 pmPeople may not realize it yet, but this is likely to be the future of the Final Fantasy series as a whole.
Personally I can’t really complain about it either, as this mobile-first game actually does look more interesting than XV.
