Mineru’s Construct amiibo launches in September

Nintendo has announced their hotly-anticipated Mineru’s Construct amiibo from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has a release date.

The new Mineru’s Construct amiibo is launching globally this fall on September 17th, and as mentioned will be compatible with Tears of the Kingdom.

Here’s a rundown on the new amiibo, via Nintendo Today:

May 12th will mark three years since the The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game launched on the Nintendo Switch system. A Mineru’s Construct amiibo figure, which is compatible with the game, will be available starting September 17th.

The Mineru’s Construct amiibo figure has articulated arms that you can move around.

There’s a fair bit of freedom to its movement too, so try making it pose in a way that looks good to you.

You can tap your Mineru’s Construct amiibo figure while playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to receive items to help you on your adventure. You may even receive a special fabric for Link’s paraglider. The in-game fabric partly glows in the dark as well! We hope you’ll give it a try when it launches.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released for the Switch back in 2023 and in 2025 for Switch 2. Get our OG review here and our Switch 2 review here!
