Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor has been confirmed for an October 7th release for quite awhile now, but it seems like development on the project is moving along rapidly – it’s now coming a week earlier.

The game is arriving now on September 30th for PS4, PS3, 360, Xbox One and on October 2nd for PC in North America, Europeans will get the game across all platforms on October 3rd.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor sees players enter the boots of Talion, a half human, half wraith who is on a quest of vengeance to avenge his family in a pre-War of the Ring era Mordor.
