Metal Slug Tactics released a new trailer, giving a closer look at the side-scrolling shoot’em-up turned Tactics RPG.

Metal Slug Tactics is a new tactical RPG borrowing the characters and aesthetics of the classic franchise, characters will accumulate experience and unlock new abilities and weapons.

The game was originally set for a 2022 release but has been delayed twice. With the new trailer, it seems like things are settled and we can expect to see it in the last part of 2024.

Metal Slug Tactics is coming sometime this fall for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
