Konami has announced Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, a new HD remaster set of the original three Metal Gear Solid titles.

While a release date and release platforms weren’t confirmed for Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, the also announced Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is coming to Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 so it will probably be on those platforms.
