The Pokemon Company announced another Mega Pokemon to join their bolstering ranks today – and it’s none other than the awesome Rayquaza! This new Mega design gives Rayquaza an even more Chinese-style dragon look, adding a whole new layer of awesome.

Mega Rayquaza’s new ability, Delta Stream, kicks up strong winds as a weather changing ability. It competes with several other weather types, while completely nullifying some others. The strong winds protect flying types from super-effective damage, making it a very powerful and useful ability indeed.
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are coming to the 3DS on November 21st in North America and November 28th in Europe.
