Following the premature leak via Pokemon Korea for Mega Slowbro and Mega Audino, The Pokemon Company has just confirmed Mega Audino at Gamescom 2014.

Featured above, you can view a brand new trailer showing off the Pokemon’s new form, and various abilities. Prior to its mega evolution, Audino is known for its strange use of the feelers on its ears, allowing it to tell how others are feeling, and if a Pokemon Egg might hatch. It can also come with the Healer Ability, or the Regenerator Ability.

Upon transforming into Mega Audino, the Pokemon gains the Fairy-type alongside its Normal-type, and with it all of the bonuses and negatives of being a part Fairy Pokemon. When in mega form, Audino will only have the Healer ability. Lastly, when Audino enters its mega form, it gains vastly improved defense and special defense stats, making it a potential good partner for double battles.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is are coming to the Nintendo 3DS on November 21st in North America and November 28th in Europe.
