Piranha Games has revealed some new stuff for MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries at this year’s MechCon.
The game is now set for a December 2018 release, news confirmed alongside an extended new trailer (featured above) for the coming single-player mecha game.
Alongside the news of the game’s December 2018 release is that four player cooperative support is confirmed – meaning you can drop a full lance of buddies into campaign missions.
It’s worth reiterating this is the first single-player focused MechWarrior game since the 2002-released MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries. The game is being developed alongside Piranha’s continued support for their free-to-play online game, MechWarrior Online.
