Sentai Filmworks have announced the western premiere dates for Made in the Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul.
The press release (via Anime News Network [1, 2]) and the official website have announced premieres in the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland. The US will receive an additional screening at this year’s Anime Boston. There will also be showings with both the English dub, and subtitles.
Directed by Masayuki Kojima, and animated by Kinema Citrus, the film’s western licence is held by Sentai Filmworks; who also licences the anime.
The film reportedly made 102,284,000 yen (est. $951,539 USD) within the first three days of its premiere in Japan on January 17th. The film’s age rating was also raised on December 27th (from PG12 to R15+).

Made in the Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul premieres in the United States on April 11th (at Anime Boston), April 13th (English Dub), and April 15th (Subtitles). It premieres in the UK and Ireland on April 13th (English Dub), and April 15th (English Subtitles).
