Indie developer FuzzyBot has announced Lynked: Banner of the Spark, a new cooperative roguelike action / town-building game.

Lynked: Banner of the Spark is in development for Windows PC (via Steam) and will launch in early access on October 22nd.

“We got tired of building dark, gory games, so we formed FuzzyBot to make fun, vibrant worlds with a ton of action,” said Max Spielberg, FuzzyBot Co-Founder and Game Director. “We’re super proud to share the world of Lynked: Banner of the Spark with everyone! And honestly, we’re just excited we finally got to make a fishing minigame…”

In Lynked: Banner of the Spark, you are tasked to lead the fight against the Combots—lethal machines intent on destroying the natural world. Engage in electrifying co-op missions with non-stop hack and slash combat and roguelite progression. Expand your town to unlock and upgrade weapons and abilities between runs, recruit new robotic allies, and build a resistance strong enough to reclaim the future.

• BRAWL – Fight your way through missions of high-energy hack and slash action, gaining an edge on enemies with mid-run upgrades and a robust permanent progression system.
• BUILD – Complete missions, collect materials, and enlist the help of robot allies to build a town that is perfect for you. Take advantage of in-town systems like fishing and farming to gather resources that can be used to upgrade weapons, combat powers, and techniques.
• BEFRIEND – Build a community of robot allies who can assist you in expanding your town and enhancing your combat abilities. Explore their stories, unlock new features, and uncover the fate of the legendary band of bots known as the Banner of the Spark.
• DO IT TOGETHER – Join forces with friends and fight the Combot threat together with up to three players (including yourself) in combat runs and six total players in town through online play. Cooperate on tough missions and boss battles, trade resources, or relax while building, decorating, and participating in town activities together.
