Looking for a new game to play? Try some of these

There are certain great games that are pretty easy to miss because of the many titles that come out each year. These might be relatively old titles, but they make for amazing games. If you’re willing to dive into some previous gaming masterpieces then here are several suggestions:

Fallout New Vegas

This game takes you to a post-apocalyptic world where a nuke has been dropped and humans are looking to survive. But so are the mutants. You’ll get to deal with all sorts of factions and complete various missions in this game and you’ll even get a chance to visit some casinos.

That’s because the game’s set in New Vegas. The Vegas of today is doing pretty good although most of the industry is online nowadays. Online casinos offer a variety of games that players can enjoy. They can be table, live, slot or other kinds of titles. They also offer a variety of payment methods and minimum deposit amounts. For example, there are lots of $10 minimum deposit casino sites available for those that prefer that amount. The main thing to remember about these sites and their games is to enjoy them responsibly.

Moreover, you can win all sorts of things in the casinos of New Vegas. Bottle caps and premium gear are some of them, but if you’re really good then you’ll get a key to the suites available in the casino establishments. So, a post-apocalyptic Vegas is not all bad.

The Resident Evil Franchise

If you don’t mind the occasional scare, then the Resident Evil franchise is just for you. This franchise centers on the existence of a virus that turns people into zombies. Your job is to make it through the hordes of the infected and stop the spreading of this virus. You’ll get to play as various characters in these games including Leon, Claire, Jill, and Chris among others. The Spencer Mansion is where all of it starts and it soon spreads to Raccoon City. The second and third titles are set in this city and both have been remastered so you can enjoy them in HD.

Moreover, the story doesn’t stop there as you’re taken through other titles in other countries. In Village, you’ll get to meet mother Miranda and her children as well as the horrors they bring. Most of the games are from the third-person perspective, but in Village and in 7 you’ll get the first-person perspective. Either way, you’ll have lots of fun shooting zombies, crafting items, and buying upgrades and ammo for weapons in this franchise.

The Warhammer 40k Franchise

A grim future awaits humanity in the 43rd millennium. This franchise is made up of strategy games and the first one takes a more RTS approach to the experience. You’ll get to meet and play with the various races in the game such as Orks, Imperials, Space Marines, Tau, Necrons, and more. In the following titles, you’ll get a smaller number of units which is why you’ll need a more tactical approach. In titles like Space Marine and Vermintide, you’ll get to rip your enemies apart. In other words, you’ll get different games in one franchise that will entertain you properly. Besides strategy titles this franchise also has some RPG games available, namely the Vermintide series, if you’re looking to play something different. This game franchise is so popular that recently it was announced that a TV show is in the works and will soon have Warhammer fans glued to their TV screens which is another thing to consider if you’re going down that route.

The Assassin’s Creed Franchise

There are few franchises out there like the Assassin’s Creed franchise. If you haven’t tried it by now then you should give this franchise a try. And you can start with any title you like. The best part about this series is that it takes you through different periods of history which means you’ll get to experience a pretty good simulation of times of old. It all starts with Altair and the Third Crusade where you’re introduced to the Assassins and Templar, 2 orders that have been at each others’ throats for years. The modern world will have you learn about Desmond and how he’s tied to this.

Then you’ll meet Ezio, a fan favorite in the second game and you’ll get to explore Italy during the Renaissance in the Brotherhood title and continue Ezio’s story in Revelations. You’ll also get to take part in the American Revolution as Connor and Haytham. You’ll even get to visit Ancient Egypt, take a place in London during the Industrial Revolution and you’ll even get to take part in the French Revolution.

In short, you’ll get to have an amazing time with these historical titles. You’ll even get to see some historical buildings and climb them and you’ll also meet some historical figures as you go from period to period.

Age of Empires Franchise

If strategy games are your kind of thing, then you could go for any Age of Empires game. If you don’t mind the clunky visuals from back in the day, you can go for the original titles and if you do mind them, then you have remastered versions to play. You will also get to visit different periods of history, but from a different perspective. In other words, you’ll be the ruler of a nation and you’ll get to build your bases and establish your dominance all over the world.

You will play with all sorts of nations in the ages of sword and shield as well as the age of gunpowder and canons. You’ll beat your enemies on land and at sea with your fleets of ships, establish trade with friendly nations and gain new allies as you’re looking to dominate the world. You’ll need to thinks like a manager in the game as you’ll need resources to build all sorts of buildings, and food to feed your citizens and soldiers. It’s a fascinating strategy game series.
