Limited Run Games have announced [1, 2] a collector’s edition of developer Ys Net’s Shenmue III for PlayStation 4, along with soundtracks.
The Complete Edition Collector’s Edition will be limited to 3000 copies; and include all the game’s DLC on disc, a replica welcome card from Hotel Niaowu, a set of Chobu Chan and Bailu Chan figurines, a commemorative Dreamcast Jewel Case (pending licensor approval), a 5″ replica of the Sword of Seven Stars, a replica Golden Goose VIP card, and a Bailu Herb Map.
The Shenmue III Complete Edition Collector’s Edition will begin pre-orders on November 20th, 10 a.m. ET, for $149.99 USD.
In addition, a variety of vinyl soundtracks will be available for pre-order on the same date. These include an 11LP Vinyl Complete Collection ($299.99 USD), Definitive Soundtrack Vol. 1: Bailu Village ($124.99 USD), The Definitive Soundtrack Vol. 2: Niaowu ($149.99 USD), the Definitive Soundtrack signed by Shenmue creator Yu Suzuki ($349.99 USD), and the Original Soundtrack Music Selection 2LP ($39.99 USD).
While the vinyl soundtracks include a download code for their tracks digitally, there is also The Definitive Soundtrack Complete Collection on CD ($49.99 USD). Fans can also buy the Definitive Soundtrack Vol. 1: Bailu Village + Vol. 2 Niaowu record sleeves ($34.99 USD).
Finally, the November 20th Mega-Bundle ($449.99 USD) includes the Complete Edition Collector’s Edition, the Definitive Soundtrack Complete, a complete set of trading cards, one random Limited Run Games trading card from a past or future game, and one of those cards guaranteed to be gold.
