If you’ve never played the indie gem Life of Pixel, it’s a game that takes you through video game history by transitioning brilliantly between different graphic eras – all while you progress through the story. The original game is a Playstation Mobile game, which is available through the Vita store.

You play as Pixel, a sad, depressed little pixel who is tired of being part of a crowd. Pixel wants to learn more about his history, so he travels to the Video Game Museum to learn more.
