    • Life is Strange Episode 1 is Now Free Indefinitely

    DONTNOD Entertainment have announced that the first episode of Life Is Strange will be free effective tomorrow.

    This new offer will be in effect for the game’s release across all platforms, including PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

    To commemorate this, DONTNOD Entertainment uploaded a new trailer, which you can view above.

      Yeah, but this is like an episodic version of Gone Home, because it hooks you on a concept then just throws it all in the trash at the end.
      “Keep rewinding until you get it right, because choices matter”
      Nope! Spoiler alert: your decisions don’t actually influence jack shit. No matter what you do, the game plays one of 2 static endings.

      Why would I download the game just so I can play the game about the whiny teenagers and if I’m not mistaken one of them is voiced by Ashley Burch? No thanks.

      I’ve only played the first episode so far, and a while back at that, but I liked it. It kept my interest.

      well arguably its only a fuck you to those who bought the first episode

      i think you are exaggerating, the episode is worth only like 5 bucks and people had to wait a year to get it for free

      I believe they just slightly changed their pricing structure. You can’t buy episodes 2-5 anymore, you have to buy all 5. So the price was slightly increased to include Ep. 1. But if you bought it already, you get a discount.
