Level-5 President Confirms Next Ni no Kuni Game is Being Made

While the latest game in the series, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, launched in March of last year, Level-5 is already planning the next game in the franchise.

The news comes via an interview with Level-5 president Akihiro Hino and Nikkei, where the Level-5 boss confirmed the next mainline game is already being worked on.

Hino noted the new game will be released after the upcoming Ni no Kuni anime film, which premieres next month in Japan. A remastered version of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is also coming this year, on September 20th. Hino also noted they’re working on a Ni no Kuni smartphone app of sorts.

The latest game in the series, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, is now available for PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe. In case you missed it, you can find our review for the game here (we highly recommend it!).
