According to Twitter’s Trademark Bot, Level-5, the developers behind Fantasy Life, Inazuma Eleven and the popular Yokai Watch series of video games, filed a new trademark for the name “Megaton Musashi” on January 28, 2015.
As Hachima Kikou points out, Musashi was the name of a Japanese WWII battleship, which battleship was discovered this month in the Philippines, thanks to a research team funded by Microsoft’s Paul Allen.
There aren’t any more details on the game yet, but we’ll keep you updated. In the meantime, you may want to read up on some Japanese naval history.
