The demo for The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Evolution has launched in Japan, and along with it we have a new trailer, featured above, and news of the various editions of the game that are available.
Trails in the Sky Evolution has four different editions:
- Standard Edition (6,264 yen): contains the PS Vita game.
- Limited Edition (9,504 yen): the game; the Everyone Gather! Falcom Academy FC DVD; and the book, The Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky First Chapter Evolution Archives (Joshua Edition).
- Chara-ani Exclusive Box (16,800): the game; The Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky First Chapter Evolution Archives (Estelle Edition); rubber straps for Agate, Estelle, Joshua, Scherezard and Tita; and a genuine leather accessory case.
- Chara-ani Exclusive + Limited Edition Set (26,304 yen): contains the PS Vita game, and has the extras from both of the other limited-edition offerings.
In addition to updated graphics, new S-Craft (or Super Crafts) illustrations and visual effects, and full voice acting, Evolution tweaks the game’s systems. New Field Attacks will grant players an advantage during battle, stunning enemies if the attack hits; and an escape chance percentage has been added to battles, which varies depending on whether players get a preemptive strike in or are attacked from behind.
The full game for The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Evolution is due to release on June 11 in Japan.
