We’ve learned (via Reddit) that Dave and Buster’s is officially launching the latest Dance Dance Revolution game sometime next summer.
The nationwide arcade purveyor had a location test of the arcade unit last summer – and it proved successful enough that half of their locations will get a cabinet of the dancing game.
It’s worth mentioning the above image is of the 2013 Japanese release, while the American hardware will look a bit different.
However, the cabinets will launch with Konami’s e-AMUSEMENT service, which lets you make server-bound profiles which can be used across Konami’s other games. The machines can even get post-launch updates via Konami, which can add new music, fixes, and more.
