LastFight is a multiplayer fighting game in the vein of the classic party brawler Power Stone, and it’s based on the iconic French comic series Last Man (The Stranger) by Bastien Vivès.
We got the chance to play the game at length during this year’s PAX East, alongside the opportunity to chat with one of the main developers on the three man team working on the game under the creative vision of Vivès himself.
Featured above, you can get a look at the game’s latest character reveal trailer – Crystal, a character that Vivès created himself (he created all the game’s characters).
It’s quite a unique and refreshing take on game adaptation of existing media, and from what we experienced, it seems to be working really well. The game is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and is set for a release on May 19th. It will cost $15 across all platforms.
Expect our hands-on preview and interview with the team at Piranaking coming prior to the game’s release. For now, you can peruse the game’s official Steam page, which just went live.
